I'm done with this waking up still exhausted crap. I got up at the normal time but could not wake up. Instead of getting up and being productive, I ended up getting back in bed and napping before work. Even after that, I still feel that sleep-lack pain in my eyes today, and have been every day this week. I took morning AND afternoon naps yesterday on my day off. It's getting ridiculous. I kind of wonder if I'm getting sick, or fighting off a cold. I have been having sinus issues, but nothing is fully manifesting.

I think I need to drink more water. I'm not having much luck sleeping earlier, but I'll make a more concerted effort, and cut the crap back out of my diet as well, since some poor choices have crept in and replaced some vegetables - a comestible version of pod people. Hopefully that'll help some too.
