this salad is so bitchin'

You know how bitchin' this salad is?

baby spinach
10 baby carrots, sliced
1/2 avocado, diced
1/8 orange pepper, diced
1/3 cucumber, sliced and quartered
1 scallion, sliced
sunflower seeds
Reese's whole grain garlic and cheese croutons (they are hard, but good)
golden raisins (they taste different, raisin fearers! I recommend that you try them)
green olives
Newman's Own balsamic vinaigrette*

I forgot the cheese at home - and it doesn't matter. Thats how good this is.

Dessert is a kiwi fruit, Dr. Pepper and malted milkballs free doughnuts!

* The back of the bottle of vinaigrette says: "LEGEND: In 1602, in Modena, two brothers of the Vinegar clan, Balsa and Mick, due to a piddling insult, duelled to their deaths. Their grieving mother, Violetta Vinegar, who was pressing a new grape from their vinyard, named it in their memory - Balsa-Mick Vinegar. Thanks to Newman's Own, their names live on." Uh huh. Well, whatever. I personally would spell it "dueled," but other than that, I would say if you have a charitable food company, you can put random-ass weirdness on the packaging if you like and all it does is make the good works sort of odd. He and his daughter dress as the American Gothic people on the cookies. *shrug* What I care about most is that it's a good vinaigrette.

** I've been saying "Dude" all week. Not sure what that's about, but I often cycle through brief linguistic phases, so it should be over before it has too much opportunity to annoy.
